SHIPPING POLICY

Hydrobike ride tickets are physical paper vouchers.

At checkout, customers may choose to have tickets mailed or to pick them up at will call at the time of their reservation.

Mailing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once tickets have been transferred to the carrier, Long Beach Waterbikes is not responsible for shipping delays, lost mail, or carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address at the time of purchase.

Will Call Pickup

Customers may choose will call pickup instead of shipping.

Tickets will be held at the front desk and may be collected at the time of your scheduled ride. A reservation is required prior to arrival.
