REFUND POLICY

All Hydrobike ride ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Tickets sold through this store are physical, non-expiring vouchers that may be redeemed for any available departure with a reservation. Because tickets do not expire and may be used at any time, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.

If you choose to have tickets mailed, we are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier. Customers may alternatively select will call pickup at the time of reservation.
